Requirements

Candidates should possess current Workday certification in Records and Advising, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and recent experience deploying Workday Student Records. Subject matter expertise in Student Records, ideally with registrar experience at a college or university, is strongly preferred, along with strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is also required, and candidates must be willing to travel on-site if needed.

Responsibilities

The Workday Student Records & Advising Senior Principal Consultant will execute day-to-day activities as a functional expert in Student Records, analyzing business requirements and developing solutions to complex problems. They will conduct customer sessions, transfer knowledge, create appropriate artifacts, and ensure solutions align with customer needs. Responsibilities also include identifying strategies and risks, providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, supporting delivery assurance reviews, and assisting with business development activities.
