Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination or equivalent, preferably in the professional services or software industry
  • Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll
  • Very organized individual with the ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks
  • Ability to work closely with remote project teams with varying work styles and work schedules
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate competency in Cynergy™ Implementation Methodology
  • Manage up to 30 small to medium Continuous Value Services post-production engagements
  • Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to Project Associates working on Continuous Value Services engagements
  • Work with client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames
  • Ensure projects tasks are delivered within the budget outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and according to the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Present clients with change orders in the event Cognizant is being asked to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW or require additional budget
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and competing priorities across a variety of clients with minimal direction
  • Supporting CVS Engagement Managers on larger projects as needed
  • Ensure and maintain client references through ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager
