Requirements

Certification Workday HCM and/or Financials, Advanced Reporting, and PRISM (up to date)
2 years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or analytics role on Workday or a similar ERP
Ability to read and write SQL queries
Knowledge of Big Data technologies (a plus: Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark)
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze reporting requirements, and visualize them via Workday Prism Analytics or a similar platform
Ability to meet client travel requirements if necessary, and effectively manage one or more teams as well as client interactions
Ability to thrive in a diverse and dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite competing demands, with an analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to clearly express complex messages and requirements
University degree or equivalent
Proficiency in French and English

Responsibilities

Evaluate and streamline client reporting needs, collaborating to provide a value-based report inventory
Collaborate with clients to identify, define, and clarify technical requirements; translate business needs into efficient reports and configurations compliant with best practices
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in large datasets
Understand complex analytical use cases and help clients identify issues encountered, proposing temporary solutions while collaborating with internal teams to quickly resolve underlying problems
Develop technical expertise in Workday reporting and analytics framework
