Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS, or a related field. A certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, or Workday Learning is required. The role also requires 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software, and experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams to solve complex Workday intersystem problems and guide clients through Workday HCM implementation phases. Responsibilities include becoming a Workday Recruiting and Learning product expert, recommending solutions based on client requirements, and guiding customers through design sessions and configuration decisions. The consultant will support clients through all project phases, manage multiple tasks under limited direction, and work with the integration team to configure and test integrations. They will also take a leadership position on projects, demonstrate hands-on software expertise including data loading and configuration, and utilize technical aptitude for data conversion and mapping.
