About the Team

Cognizant Workday Practice is expanding its Global Delivery Center in Manila. Join a dedicated team of experienced Workday professionals within a dynamic, fast-paced HR transformation consulting practice. The Global Delivery Center (GDC) supports Implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across various regions, delivering Workday solutions tailored to customer needs, on time, and in accordance with company methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
  • Manage account communication with key customer users.
  • Coordinate operations meetings, requests, and priorities, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Develop into a Workday expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction.
  • Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge to foster practice growth.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3 years of experience with Workday.
  • Must hold an active Workday Integration Certification.
  • Supplemental Workday Integration Certification is an advantage (e.g., Studio, CCTPP, Integration Payroll, Integration Benefits).
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
