Requirements

  • Solid background in designing, configuring, and assessing risks or impacts in Workday HCM Core
  • Strong experience in creating and maintaining HR hubs, dashboards, and reporting functionalities (e.g. Manager Insights Hub)
  • Skilled in creating Calculated Fields and Condition Rules
  • Background in Workday Time and Absence Management is highly preferred
  • Experience in other Workday modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits, Talent/Performance is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated competence to prioritize and handle multiple projects and complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Solid project management skills
  • Comfortable with communicating, partnering and providing guidance to various employee levels
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to investigate issues and thoroughly test solutions
  • Proven ability to work with highly confidential data with a great level of professionalism
  • Willingness to work in the mid shift (4pm-1am or 5pm-2am) or night shift (8pm-5am or 9pm-6am)
  • Amenable to hybrid work

Responsibilities

  • Functioning as subject matter expert to optimize global use of Workday for enhanced operations and consistent, valuable user experience
  • Developing knowledge and expertise in Workday modules primarily HCM core and may support Time and Absence Management
  • Opportunity to work on other Workday modules like Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Talent/Performance, and Time and Absence Management
  • Work with an Agile team and gain a cross-functional understanding to support global stakeholders (internal teams)
  • Assessing system functionality and actively participating in project life cycles: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment and change management
  • Consistently gathering feedback and participating in cross functional interview sessions to gather and elicit information regarding business processes
  • Recommending process improvements and innovative solutions
  • Creating road maps and project plans to implement improvements, track progress and provide consistent updates
