Requirements

  • Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM and Compensation implementation projects
  • Previous experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation or comparable platforms
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent English skills
  • What distinguishes you (preferred)
  • Solid HR background with experience working with the Workday platform – either as a consultant or in a client role responsible for Workday HCM and Compensation areas
  • Experience with Workday's data migration tools and security framework
  • Current Workday certifications in HCM / Compensation
  • Proven several years of professional Workday experience
  • Fluent German skills

  • Collaborate with customers on industry standards and best practices in HCM and Compensation
  • Lead workshops and discussions on HCM and Compensation functionalities
  • Independently lead your own work area and report on progress
  • Lead diverse teams through implementations and exceed customer expectations
  • Support innovations through new, industry-leading methods and assets
