Requirements

  • Deep experience with Workday, especially Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and Security
  • Hands-on expertise triaging and resolving Tier I HRIS tickets using tools like Jira or ServiceNow
  • Strong configuration knowledge across business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and EIBs
  • Experience managing security groups and role-based permissions in Workday
  • Familiarity with audit protocols and SOX-compliant system practices
  • Ability to analyze ticket trends and recommend scalable improvements
  • Strong communication and documentation skills—comfortable enabling stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and user training
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bonus: Workday Pro Certification (Recruiting, HCM, or Security) and/or experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS company

  • Solve Tier I tickets hands-on
