Required skills include deep experience with Workday (especially Recruiting, HCM, Absence, Learning, and Security), hands-on expertise triaging Tier I HRIS tickets using Jira or ServiceNow, strong configuration knowledge of business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and EIBs, experience managing security groups and role-based permissions, and familiarity with audit protocols and SOX-compliant practices.
You'll join the dynamic People Team, working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and IT, in a remote-first and collaborative environment focused on building a thoughtful employee experience.
