- MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering, installation technology, or civil engineering
- Experience as a werkvoorbereider in infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of DVM installations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and accustomed to liaising with different stakeholders
