Werkstudent (m/w/d) für Buchhandlung-Onboarding

Position Overview: epay enables companies to issue and distribute vouchers. For one of our clients, we will enable 500 bookstores in Germany to sell and accept the nationwide valid BÜCHER-Gutschein. This requires training bookstores on how to use a web application. We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support us in this and to independently carry out the onboarding of bookstores.

Responsibilities:

• Your main task is the onboarding of booksellers via telephone or TEAMs web conference.
• No acquisition is necessary – leads are already available.
• Only appointments need to be scheduled independently.
• An onboarding call lasts between 20 and 40 minutes, plus preparation and follow-up.
• During onboarding, you will assist booksellers with the installation of a web certificate and the use of the web application.
• You will receive first-class training with detailed training materials, participate as a listener in the first conversations, and have a direct contact person in the team who is available for questions and feedback.

Requirements:

• You are an enrolled full-time student (m/f/d) and can support us for at least one semester (20 hours/week).
• You have initial experience in dealing with customers – whether digital in customer service or in retail.
• You enjoy talking on the phone and adapting to your conversation partners.
• You are familiar with MS Office and have basic technical understanding.
• Onboarding appointments are between 08:00 and 20:00.
• You should be able to reliably state the days of the week and time slots when you can work, so we can consider this when scheduling appointments.
• You are dependable, work independently, and are motivated to delve into new topics.
• You speak German at a native-speaker level.
