Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program with a focus on natural sciences or business/economics
  • Available to work regularly between 15 and 20 hours per week
  • Interested in a long-term student position that can last over multiple semesters
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Word) and basic knowledge of Excel
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Well-organized, very independent, responsible, highly motivated, and with a sense of humor

Responsibilities

  • Organizational support for the team in administrative activities
  • Creation of PowerPoint and Excel documents
  • Research and documentation on various topics
  • Support in study implementation, e.g., project management: assistance with and preparation of ethics submissions, center remuneration, creation of study newsletters, etc
  • Study center management: support in contract creation, center acquisition via telephone campaigns
  • Operational management: sending study materials, contracts, etc
  • Optional with corresponding qualification: preparation of data, work with Access databases, SAS programming
