Proven expertise with Recharge and Rebuy apps (required)
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Liquid, and responsive design principles

Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management: Maintain and manage the Shopify storefront for consistent functionality and flawless operation across desktop and mobile
Subscription Platform Oversight: Manage and optimize Recharge (subscriptions), Rebuy (upsells/personalization), and related Shopify apps
Design & CRO: Implement design updates, landing pages, and A/B testing to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates
App & Integration Management: Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot tools like Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and payment systems
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, churn, etc.) and provide actionable insights based on data analysis
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, fulfillment, and customer support teams to align website updates with campaigns and customer needs
Continuous Improvement: Identify pain points in the user journey and proactively suggest optimizations for higher sales and retention
