Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer education, content marketing, or event/webinar hosting roles
  • Excellent verbal communication and on-camera presentation skills in English – approachable, professional, and engaging
  • Strong writing and storytelling abilities to support webinar scripts, invites, and follow-up materials
  • Experience with webinar and virtual event platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with the ecom ecosystem, digital marketing and product education is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Host and facilitate webinars for existing customers, delivering product education, best practices, and ecommerce marketing insights with confidence
  • Own the end-to-end webinar lifecycle: from planning topics, coordinating guest speakers, helping with the content to executing smooth, professional live sessions
  • Partner with internal experts, external thought leaders, and customers to deliver high-value webinar sessions
  • Drive strong attendance and engagement of Webinars
  • Actively collect feedback, monitor performance metrics, and optimize future sessions for higher impact
  • Collaborate with the Product Communications, Customer Success, and Content teams to ensure webinars align with overall education and adoption strategies
