Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer education, content marketing, or event/webinar hosting roles
Excellent verbal communication and on-camera presentation skills in English – approachable, professional, and engaging
Strong writing and storytelling abilities to support webinar scripts, invites, and follow-up materials
Experience with webinar and virtual event platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Familiarity with the ecom ecosystem, digital marketing and product education is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Host and facilitate webinars for existing customers, delivering product education, best practices, and ecommerce marketing insights with confidence
Own the end-to-end webinar lifecycle: from planning topics, coordinating guest speakers, helping with the content to executing smooth, professional live sessions
Partner with internal experts, external thought leaders, and customers to deliver high-value webinar sessions
Drive strong attendance and engagement of Webinars
Actively collect feedback, monitor performance metrics, and optimize future sessions for higher impact
Collaborate with the Product Communications, Customer Success, and Content teams to ensure webinars align with overall education and adoption strategies
