Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in modern JavaScript web and backend development, with strong proficiency in frameworks and libraries like ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, Node.js, or related technologies
  • At least 3+ years of team-leading experience with proven ability to mentor and manage developers effectively
  • Extensive experience designing and building responsive user interfaces, SPAs, and engaging websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong background working in small agile development teams, including participation in planning sessions and interpreting user stories to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Hands-on expertise in architecting, developing, and testing software solutions, with a commitment to best practices in secure, maintainable, and well-documented codebases
  • Currently hold EU work permit
  • Available to start within 1 to 3 months of receiving an offer

Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with the team in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring alignment with engineering best practices
  • Guide team through architectural designs, implementation, and optimization of frontend and backend systems, promoting secure and maintainable software
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements, ensuring efficient collaboration and integration with the backend team
  • Foster a test-first culture by supporting the development and execution of unit, integration, and automated tests for end-to-end coverage
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to engineering standards, and oversee monitoring and observability integration for operational excellence
