Responsibilities

  • Build a responsive, mobile-friendly interface within the Zendesk platform
  • Integrate with the existing knowledge base platform
  • Ensure the new Help Center is scalable and easy for the team to maintain and update
  • Optimize the site for fast loading times and SEO
  • Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure a bug-free and smooth user experience
  • Document the technical architecture and provide a handover to the internal team
