Responsibilities

Organize and control all operational processes in the warehouse center
Manage inventory flow and ensure adherence to production schedules
Monitor and improve overall warehouse operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency, and flexibility
Supervise shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading of trucks, stacking, picking, and packaging of materials
Ensure the plant’s cost-efficient operation by implementing and selecting the most cost-efficient carrier and negotiating shipping rates
Coordinate with Finance on matters involving inventory carry costs
Recommend changes in procedures to improve the operation efficiency of the unit
Ensure safety and environment protection in the working area
