Responsibilities

Supervise that all orders are picked up on time
Manage store openings and closures
Communicate with riders to make sure deliveries are made promptly
Manage the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders
Ensure that all deliveries are scanned and that any appropriate complaints are recorded
Empty deliveries according to the procedure, paying attention to the accuracy of the positions of the products and the rotation of the dates
Ensure that inventory counts are accurate and that all areas are counted
Collaborate with Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure the proper functioning of the site
Ensure that the warehouse remains clean and tidy at all times and that any hazards are addressed promptly
