Warehouse Site Lead (all genders) Bleiswijk-NL at Zalando

You will lead the on-site Zalando team, which currently includes a Service Provider Manager (your direct report), a P&O Site Lead (dotted line), an IT Manager (dotted line), and five IT Technicians, with the team expected to grow as operations scale.

This is an on-site position based at the fulfilment centre in Bleiswijk (near Rotterdam), the Netherlands, where you will serve as the local face of Zalando Logistics and oversee operations.

The role requires outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, proven team-building and leadership abilities, passion for logistics with deep understanding of fulfilment processes, demonstrable experience in automated e-commerce or fashion logistics, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and 5+ years of relevant experience in fulfillment services or contract management.
