Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, inventory control, material storage, line-side delivery and finished goods storage
Ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to support production schedules, utilizing Kanban systems and lean material handling techniques
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse employees, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Coordinate inbound freight deliveries, including scheduling, tracking, and vendor communication
Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse service providers
Implement and improve material handling processes and tools to optimize space, efficiency, and accuracy
Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams to forecast material needs and resolve bottlenecks
Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
Develop and maintain processes for material control and movement with integration into ERP systems
Maintain data files and publish regular operations reports
