Responsibilities

Administer and execute put to club, storage, pallet, and general warehouse operations
Develop and maintain a daily staffing plan for efficient merchandise flow and 100% asset integrity on outbound shipments
Oversee put to club and cigarette processes for timely throughput of merchandise
Supervise timely and accurate receipt, staging, quality control, and cross-docking of storage merchandise and cigarettes
Monitor safety and loss prevention practices to ensure a safe working environment
Prioritize high shrink merchandise to reduce potential loss
Train new team members in put to club, storage, pallet operations, and general warehouse operations
Manage daily activities of put to club, storage, and pallet teams
Oversee efficient merchandise flow through put to club for timely and accurate processing
Enforce quality control processes for 100% asset integrity on outbound shipments
Coordinate receiving, processing, staging, and shipping of reset and storage operations
Ensure safe and accurate trailer loading and merchandise palletizing to prevent damage
Maintain safety compliance with equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks, powered electric jacks)
Support development of safety programs, raise awareness, and reduce accidents/incidents
Report, document, and retrain on safety violations
Encourage participation in monthly safety meetings and safety enhancement suggestions
Maintain 100% accuracy rate on outbound shipments through procedures and policies
Investigate discrepancies and provide follow-up training on errors
Ensure equipment functionality for accuracy and efficiency
Assist Loss Prevention/Quality Control in research and recovery efforts
Store high shrink merchandise in security cage per procedures
Ensure merchandise from security cage is wrapped, quality checked, and released to trailer
Administer team member performance evaluations, corrective actions, performance documentation, and recognition programs
Encourage open communication via weekly departmental meetings and one-on-one interactions
