High School Diploma
No relevant experience required
Ability to frequently sit, walk, stand, use hands to handle/grasp/twist objects/tools/controls, use both feet for repetitive movements, crouch, kneel, bend, stoop, twist, and reach with hands and arms
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance as needed
Ability to work in warehouse environment with changes in temperature/humidity, moderate to high noise levels
Ability to work weekends, holidays, day/night hours, overtime, and 8-10 hour shifts as assigned

Responsibilities

Unload products from trucks and breakdown pallets
Provide assistance to various warehouse positions as requested (e.g., sanitation, selection, inventory control)
Fuel, wash, and/or clean semi-trucks/trailers based on assigned distribution center
Work under close supervision
Perform repetitive, clearly defined manual jobs
