Requirements

  • At least SPM/Diploma qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Good computer skills, such as Google Sheets and Email
  • Ability to work overtime if required
  • Good coordination and organizational skills
  • Language requirements: English & Bahasa Melayu (speaking and writing)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily warehouse operations, such as inbound and outbound stock processes
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse procedures and processes
  • Coordinate loading and unloading activities from lorries
  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations by liaising with other units
  • Prepare and maintain documents related to goods incoming and outgoing from the warehouse
  • Update information from time to time to ensure data accuracy
  • Ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness through regular inspections
  • Work 6 days a week from 8am - 5pm at Ninja Mart Warehouse - Raub (contract, full-time)
