Responsibilities
The Warehouse Assistant will coordinate the dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; manage the receipt of goods, verifying quantities and quality; handle the process of returns and replacements (RMA), ensuring compliance with company policies; oversee direct shipments to customers, tracking and ensuring delivery; manage invoicing for software, services, and other non-physical products; load and unload shipments from couriers; ensure products and quantities delivered match delivery notes and Purchase Orders; and work closely with Product Specialists, aligned vendor and partner contacts.
