Valid Driver’s License
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and navigating urban routes
Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing for long periods, climbing stairs, and getting in and out of vans frequently

Responsibilities

Accurately pick items in customers' orders
Pack items in bags
Prepare bags for handoff to couriers
Prepare refills by processing requests and supply orders
Receive and organize incoming shipments and manage inventory
Conduct inventory counts, clean, and organize the warehouse to maintain a high-quality workspace
Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best-in-class customer service
Safely drive and operate a company delivery van at all times
Deliver prepped orders to our delivery centers, complete pickups from Members and local vendors, and return used containers to central cleaning hubs
Use a handheld device for route navigation and delivery tracking
Provide seamless drop-offs and pickups while representing The Rounds with professionalism
Occasionally assist with bulk product pickups and inter-warehouse supply runs
