Candidates should possess 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the Marketing Technology space applied to Precision Marketing. They should demonstrate experience with Marketing Automation solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaigns/Journey Optimizer, along with experience in Technical/Functional design and Solutions Architecture, the design of UI applications (web and mobile), experience with management of CMS/DAM solutions, familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and experience with Data Analytics and mapping it to Campaign Performance. Furthermore, candidates must be fully client-facing and capable of problem-solving with clients and internal teams.
As VP, Technology, the individual will interface with clients and business stakeholders to understand their marketing needs and functional requirements, propose Marketing/Technical Solutions to business problems and seek alignment for Technical Delivery, conduct analysis of Client’s existing MarTech Architecture, identify gaps and propose a strategic roadmap of application/workflow/tool changes, recommend Cross channel Campaign journeys, User Interfaces and Touchpoints, assist with analysis of marketing data and recommend data integration, recommend Automatic Campaign Decisioning based on Data Analytics/AI/ML workflows, lead Configuration/Customization initiatives for Marketing tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaigns, analyze Non-Functional requirements, assist Product Managers and Business Analysts in breaking down work, and manage Work Assignments for reporting team members while providing Career Management support.
