Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise on financial planning and investment solutions, including advisory solutions, wealth advisory services, insurance offerings, and retirement
Coordinate with branch management to create supportive development plans and provide collaborative training to associates improving their skills
Encourage growth of branch associates and prepare them to become proficient sales consultants by embracing consultative selling practices
Lead by example, demonstrating organized preparation and effective follow-up skills
Partner with branch consultants in client appointments to support introduction and implementation of appropriate product solutions
Mentor and coach associates in foundational areas like communication skills, product offerings, and practice management techniques
Reinforce principles of consultative selling to support investor center associates
