The role requires industry experienced medical and scientific leadership, Internal Medicine subspecialty training and clinical development experience (preferred), and the ability to provide clinical guidance, interact with senior client staff, and build scientific networks in the biotech community.
The role serves as an extension of the Global Medical Officer and Biotech Leadership Team, partnering with business development, and interfacing with key internal directorates including Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Global Product Development.
Strong candidates will have medical and scientific leadership experience, preferably with Internal Medicine subspecialty training and clinical development, a robust network in the West Coast biotech community, and the ability to drive business development through client engagement and strategic proposals.
