Requirements

Candidates should possess 12+ years of experience in senior product leadership roles, specifically within AdTech and programmatic advertising, ideally with Demand Side Platform experience. They should demonstrate a strategic leadership approach, balancing short-term objectives with a long-term vision, and possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in advertising, particularly in automation and data insights. Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities

As VP of Product, the individual will lead the Product team, driving strategy, product innovation, and design for NextRoll's advertising technology. This includes developing and communicating a customer-centric product vision, creating a product roadmap, leveraging AI technologies, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team, collaborating with various teams, shaping product strategy, overseeing the product development lifecycle, mentoring teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
