Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years of experience specifically focused on AI, and a Master’s degree or other advanced degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, health administration, or public policy is preferred. Strong technical knowledge, including the ability to engage in and guide architectural and algorithmic discussions, is required, as is a proven track record as a VP-level product leader with experience shipping impactful, technically complex AI/ML products.
The VP of Technical Product Management (AI Products) will directly lead cross-functional teams building and scaling a predictive analytics and workflow platform for accurate diagnosis coding, architect and deliver a scalable AI/ML platform, drive AI enablement and innovation within the product team and across Aledade, partner closely with executive team members across technology, clinical, and business departments to operate a cross-functional program focused on identifying and addressing emerging clinical conditions, and be accountable for the team building a robust, scalable AI & ML platform while contributing to the overall AI strategy for Aledade’s product offerings.
