Strategic business partner & people leader who can co-drive both business and people strategy while mentoring ICs and senior leaders
Credible public voice: articulate, relatable, and magnetic storyteller who thrives in PR engagements and industry conversations
Deeply curious about & experienced in how AI impacts work, both in operational practice and as part of your personal brand
Skilled at navigating scaling challenges, ideally having helped grow a SaaS business from $25M to $100M ARR
Comfortable in lean, founder-led environments where automation beats bureaucracy and headcount growth is intentional to maintain speed and culture
Adept at leading global teams and building unity across regions
Passionate about making work fulfilling for your team, for our customers, and for the wider community

Responsibilities

Be a voice in the market: Shape and share our vision for people-first and AI-enabled workplaces through keynotes, podcasts, customer events, or LinkedIn posts, representing Leapsome as a trusted voice for modern people practices
Partner with founders & leaders: Help navigate scaling challenges while keeping the team lean, adaptable, and purpose-driven; co-create strategic goals and build a highly AI-driven and people-centric company
Shape our product & playbook: Translate next-practice people operations into actionable frameworks and collaborate with the Product team to create real impact for customers in a new era of work with lean, AI-enabled teams
Foster a thriving culture: Maintain & evolve culture, champion learning, feedback, DEIB, and psychological safety across the global team; be a visible leader for the North America hub while strengthening cohesion across continents; mentor the internal people team
Lead change with purpose: Drive impactful organizational changes, balancing human connection with AI-driven efficiency
