  • Deeply curious about & experienced in how AI impacts work, both in operational practice and as part of your personal brand
  • Skilled at navigating scaling challenges, ideally having helped grow a SaaS business from $25M to $100M ARR
  • Comfortable in lean, founder-led environments where automation beats bureaucracy and headcount growth is intentional to maintain speed and culture
  • Adept at leading global teams and building unity across regions
  • Passionate about making work fulfilling for your team, for our customers, and for the wider community

Responsibilities

  • Be a voice in the market: Shape and share our vision for people-first and AI-enabled workplaces through keynotes, podcasts, customer events, or LinkedIn posts, representing Leapsome as a trusted voice for modern people practices
  • Partner with founders & leaders: Help navigate scaling challenges while keeping the team lean, adaptable, and purpose-driven; co-create strategic goals and build a highly AI-driven and people-centric company
  • Shape our product & playbook: Translate next-practice people operations into actionable frameworks and collaborate with the Product team to create real impact for customers in a new era of work with lean, AI-enabled teams
  • Foster a thriving culture: Maintain & evolve culture, champion learning, feedback, DEIB, and psychological safety across the global team; be a visible leader for the North America hub while strengthening cohesion across continents; mentor the internal people team
  • Lead change with purpose: Drive impactful organizational changes, balancing human connection with AI-driven efficiency
