Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive HRBP experience in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 3 years supporting Sales leadership
  • Deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management
  • Experience leading through organizational transformation and scaling initiatives
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and influencing skills
  • Strong coaching and advisory skills, comfortable challenging managers with empathy and clarity

  • Drive organizational transformation by designing structures that support business strategy
  • Lead change management efforts during periods of growth, restructuring, or cultural evolution, ensuring smooth execution while maintaining employee engagement and productivity
  • Champion initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement
  • Use employee feedback and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the employee experience
  • Oversee the execution of core HR programs including performance management cycles and employee relations
  • Ensure consistent application of policies while providing flexibility to meet unique business needs
  • Leverage people analytics and metrics to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic recommendations
  • Present insights to leadership that drive evidence-based decision-making
