Requirements

Strategic finance leadership with expertise in short- and long-term financial forecasting, revenue (SaaS growth and retention), and payment processing economics
Experience developing financial models and scenario analyses for strategic planning, M&A, and organic growth
Ability to partner with executive leadership across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Strategy to evaluate product launches, pricing, and investments
Proficiency in revenue forecasting, budgeting, reporting, transaction volumes, take rates, customer behavior, and unit economics
Skills in building performance dashboards and KPIs for revenue predictability, efficiency, and growth
Strong business partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technology for forecasts, ROI analyses, and investment prioritization
Capability to identify financial risks/opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations
Leadership maturity for executive communication, influencing decisions, and representing FP&A in executive discussions
Experience managing, mentoring, and developing a team of FP&A professionals, fostering accountability and continuous learning
Technical expertise, strategic thinking, and ability to build scalable processes and governance

Responsibilities

Oversee and influence short- and long-term financial forecasts focused on revenue, SaaS growth/retention, and payment processing
Partner with executives to evaluate new product launches, pricing strategies, and GTM investments for financial discipline and value creation
Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic planning, M&A, and growth initiatives
Align financial plans with strategic objectives to drive profitable growth
Represent FP&A in executive discussions, providing insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
Own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of company revenue (SaaS subscriptions and payment processing)
Provide actionable insights into transaction volumes, take rates, customer behavior, and unit economics
Partner with Product and Operations on payment innovations, margin improvements, and cost optimization
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs for revenue trends
Serve as strategic advisor to senior leaders, influencing decisions with financial insights
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on growth forecasts, pipeline, and retention
Support Product and Technology with business cases, ROI analyses, and investment prioritization
Proactively identify risks/opportunities and recommend resource optimization
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of FP&A professionals
Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making
