Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on FP&A, strategic financial management, and team leadership
Proven experience in a senior finance role within a commercial finance environment
Strong understanding of revenue recognition, financial modelling, and performance metrics
Experience with M&A and Enterprise Forecasting
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment
Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships across all levels of an organization
Experience with Anaplan

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial consultation to the Global Energy Division, leveraging expertise to make complex judgments with material impact on business operations
Lead strong, experienced teams covering Revenue, ACV and Royalty reporting – providing business critical reporting and insights
Lead the Commission team - designing and calculating incentives to drive high-performance culture
Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive sales performance with analysis of financial data and resource allocation
Implement and enforce commercial policies to align with strategy
Partner with the Chief Experience Officer to transform customer experience, internal tools, and drive growth through marketing initiatives
Navigate a multidimensional operating environment with significant complexity, collaborating with finance and business functions to ensure alignment with S&P Global's strategic goals
Promote an enterprise mindset among team members based in the US, UK, Philippines, Indonesia, and Pakistan, encouraging collaboration and innovation
