  • Empower and enable talented engineers to foster state-of-the-art engineering discipline and best-in-class products
  • Expand and mentor world-class teams across Code Orchestration, Code Quality, and Onboarding
  • Own capabilities that bring customers onto the platform, deliver value, and deepen product usage
  • Collaborate with domain leaders to structure teams, adapt to challenging roadmaps, and ambitious delivery plans
  • Drive recruitment, hiring, and retention strategy to scale the engineering organization
  • Mentor and manage senior engineering leaders (Directors, Managers) to lead their teams effectively
  • Define, foster, and protect a high-performance engineering culture
  • Lead strategic technical direction, architecture, and delivery of solutions
  • Ensure high velocity, deep talent development, raised standards in delivery, product quality, engineering discipline, and superior customer experience across locations
