As the Vice President of Sales and Country Manager for Sonar Japan, you will develop and articulate a comprehensive growth vision and strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales and operations team, spearhead market expansion strategies, conduct market analysis, lead negotiations with key partners, foster a strong team culture, oversee sales methodologies, network within the Japanese tech ecosystem, and provide regular performance updates to global leadership.
