Responsibilities

  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings and coaching sessions to evaluate advisor business performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist advisors in navigating business challenges, practice management decisions, and succession planning
  • Represent the firm’s leadership team to advisors, ensuring that expectations are met and outcomes align with firm priorities
  • Provide strategic input and feedback to advisors, helping them refine business models, client engagement strategies, and operational processes
  • Serve as a trusted connector between advisors and the Broker-Dealer, ensuring advisors are aware of and able to leverage available resources
  • Identify and align appropriate firm specialists, internal teams, and subject matter experts to address advisor needs
  • Facilitate collaboration across compliance, marketing, technology, and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Act as an internal advocate for advisors, ensuring their perspectives are considered in firm-wide initiatives and decision-making
  • Foster stronger advisor connectivity to the firm through regional events, study groups, and peer-to-peer learning
