Responsibilities

Primary responsibility for client impact, profitability, and growth of $160M inside sales and field sales outsourcing business
Maintain and grow business revenue, diversify client base and service methods
Drive analytic-enablement innovations and efficiencies for margin expansion and HCP Activation opportunities
Drive top-line sales and revenue to plan ($162.6M revenue, $212.5M TCV)
Establish and execute short- and long-term sales/revenue strategy at segment level
Oversee targeting prioritization and execution against targets
Develop sales & marketing strategy across account segments and brand life cycle
Partner with Centers of Excellence and business lines for cross-portfolio offerings (data, analytics, digital, brand, technology)
Incorporate analytics to support therapy expertise and delivery strategy
Develop new offerings to maintain industry leadership and adapt to industry norms
Demonstrate leadership in client presentations to improve win rate
Ensure delivery success and positive client satisfaction
Drive bottom-line profitability: manage expenses, support operations (recruiting, training, project management), drive Lean initiatives for cost savings, manage compliance and performance
Own P&L and financial targets for the business
Deliver on people development and employee value proposition (EVP)
Manage overall practice: client impact/satisfaction, develop/execute short- and long-term operating plans/strategies consistent with corporate goals
