The VP - Finance is expected to have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and possess at least 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including significant experience in a high-growth, complex business environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills are required, along with experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. Experience in the gaming or digital services industry is highly desirable, and the candidate should be CPA certified.

Responsibilities

This role involves leading and managing the finance, accounting, and procurement functions of Sands Digital Services, providing strategic financial recommendations, preparing long-term forecasts and budgets, partnering with sales and operational teams, managing a Commercial Finance function, overseeing cost and headcount controls, developing and managing a procurement organization, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining accurate accounting records, and collaborating with corporate accounting and tax departments to prepare statutory filings. The VP - Finance will also be responsible for enhancing and enforcing organizational policies and procedures, and overseeing the financial and operational internal control framework for SDS.
