Requirements

10+ years of experience leading sustainability initiatives, with deep knowledge of ESG frameworks, Scope 3 emissions, and responsible supply chain practices—ideally within the technology or infrastructure sectors
15+ years of hands-on experience managing complex, high-demand procurement categories
10+ years of progressive experience in operational transformation
Experience building and mentoring a diverse, high-performing leadership team
Strong cross-functional influence
Deep understanding of global supply chains

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution for over $1B USD in annual spend across categories including Global Travel, Contingent Workforce (Equiflex), Professional Services, and Software
Design and implement a 5-year ESG strategy across an $8B+ global supply chain
Lead programs supporting $2B+ in customer contractual ESG commitments
Own and maintain key procurement policies: Global Purchasing, Travel & Expense, and Contingent Worker
Lead Third Party Risk Management (KYS), maintain the Procurement ERM Risk Register, and present risk mitigation outcomes to the Board
Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing leadership team with a strong succession pipeline
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization
