Responsibilities

Lead a team consisting of Global Accounting and Reporting, Consolidations, Global Payroll, Equity and Commissions
Set a clear and bold strategic vision that pushes efficiency and productivity internally for customers and businesses, focusing on product innovation, external customers, and markets
Build strong partnerships across the CAO leadership team, Finance, and leadership across all of Adobe
Provide financial insights and a clear picture of the company’s financial health by maintaining compliance and staying ahead of accounting standards and regulations
Ensure operational, financial, and administrative accuracy in compensation operations to drive seamless employee experience
Manage a team of high-performing leaders who are subject matter experts, challenge and develop them, maintain comprehensive perspectives, and build cross-functional partnerships
Hold the bar high for talent across the organization and ensure teams are structured for efficiency and scale
Optimize financial processes, improve accuracy, implement strong controls, streamline reporting, enhance efficiency, and continuously improve to support business performance
