Requirements

  • Proven leadership and cross-functional management experience, including leading large, multidisciplinary teams across Systems Operations, Business Process, and Data Engineering
  • Extensive experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, HR, Technology, and Finance
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and governance, including user management, security, CPQ architecture, pricing rules, contract lifecycle processes, and custom development
  • Experience ensuring deep integrations between Salesforce and core systems like NetSuite, Workday, and internal support platforms
  • Strong background in complex automation, enterprise-wide process optimization, platform governance, enterprise data management, and end-user support
  • Expertise in Data Engineering and BI Analytics, including development and governance of enterprise data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake or modern data warehousing technologies), scalable reporting pipelines, certified dashboards, self-service data models, and corporate operating reports
  • Experience integrating AI into business operations for workflow automation, data quality enhancement, user support, predictive insights, and self-service capabilities
  • Ability to architect and execute a unified strategy for operational excellence, scalability, and innovation across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Support, and Data Warehousing/BI Analytics
  • Vendor and license optimization skills

Responsibilities

  • Reimagine and optimize the company’s internal application ecosystem across Sales, Finance, HR, IT, Support, and Data Warehousing/BI Analytics
  • Oversee administration and governance of Salesforce, including user management, security, CPQ architecture, pricing rules, contract lifecycle processes, and custom development
  • Ensure seamless integrations between Salesforce and systems like NetSuite, Workday, and internal support platforms for frictionless workflows
  • Lead complex automation and enterprise-wide process optimization to maintain stable, secure, agile, and responsive systems
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Systems Operations, Business Process, and Data Engineering
  • Drive platform governance, enterprise data management, end-user support, and vendor/license optimization
  • Foster cross-functional integration across departments for aligned, efficient, and responsive applications/workflows
  • Provide strategic oversight of Data Engineering and BI Analytics, including guiding enterprise data warehouse development, scalable reporting pipelines, certified dashboards, self-service data models, and executive-level operating reports/dashboards
  • Integrate AI into business processes for automation, data quality, user support, predictive insights, and self-service capabilities; explore AI in document processing, customer experience, and operational forecasting
  • Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Revenue Operations, HR, Technology, and Finance to identify pain points, streamline operations, define joint objectives, and deliver transformative solutions
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, positioning internal operations as a competitive advantage
