Requirements

10+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing, digital media, or marketing services
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with senior stakeholders across Fortune 1000 brands
Experience selling into verticals like CPG, Retail, eCommerce, or Entertainment

Responsibilities

Own and lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to close—engaging Marketing, Brand, and Procurement stakeholders across target accounts
Build and grow strategic relationships with senior client decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor who understands their business goals and translates them into tailored marketing solutions
Drive new business acquisition by managing qualified inbound leads while proactively generating pipeline within high-value accounts through outbound campaigns, industry events, and targeted outreach
Design and execute account-based sales strategies, including stakeholder mapping, multi-threaded engagement, and proposal development with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Strategy, Creative, and Delivery, to build integrated marketing programs that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results
Contribute to Viral Nation’s go-to-market strategy, using market insights and performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and overall sales approach
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and real-time performance tracking across deals
Represent Viral Nation at industry conferences and events, positioning the company as a category leader in influencer marketing, paid media, and community engagement
Champion a culture of high performance, continuously improving sales processes, mentoring team members, and contributing to team-wide sales enablement initiatives
Act as a growth partner to your clients, expanding relationships beyond initial wins into long-term, programmatic engagements
