At least five years in a financial sales role
Three or more years of management within a financial services environment (preferred)
Active Series 9/10, 7, and 66 licenses
All-encompassing brokerage and mutual fund knowledge and expertise in financial planning

Responsibilities

Drive business opportunities by building a strong sales and service team that embraces the company brand and cultivates revenue while ensuring high levels of customer happiness

Lead, recruit, and work closely with branch employees, taking team building seriously
