Responsibilities

Lead the approach to operational performance enhancement for CRBO and Asset Management, driving innovation and transformation across business operations
Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units to identify and implement high-impact initiatives that deliver shared impact across business units
Develop the future of automation and process design, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements
Lead AI governance and strategy for the CRBO organization and partner across AM and the enterprise to ensure alignment on standards and policies
Represent the team in executive forums, providing thought leadership and strategic insights
Cultivate a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent
