Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Teams Voice or similar unified communications platforms
  • Working knowledge of SIP protocols, legacy PBX systems, and emergency voice services
  • Proven track record in supporting transformation projects (e.g., migrations, upgrades)
  • Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Splunk, Aternity, Nectar, or Oracle EOM
  • Experience applying AI or automation in communications or network environments
  • Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in technology and communications (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support and enhance Teams Voice and unified communications platforms
  • Troubleshoot and maintain SIP End Points, Avaya PBX systems, Intrado e911, and CX-E Automated Attendant
  • Participate in transformation initiatives including migrations and platform upgrades
  • Use monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Splunk, Aternity, Nectar, Oracle EOM) to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate on AI-driven enhancements and automation for voice services
  • Contribute to software development and scripting for system integration and operational efficiency
  • Share knowledge and best practices with junior team members
