Requirements

  • Strong business, creative, and technical writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 2-5 years of customer service or inside sales experience

  • Ability to use arms, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, and reach for items
  • Ability to listen to and talk with fellow staff and internal and external customers

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of all Visual Products lines, including Commercial LED Displays, Digital Billboards, Factory Displays, and LED Lighting projects
  • Provide support for inside/outside sales team
  • Perform tasks related to customer order fulfillment
  • Schedule sales calls
  • Conduct prospect research
  • Provide sales/presentation support
  • Assist with marketing
  • Work with the production team
  • Facilitate team’s activities to maximize performance and efficiency in the sales process
  • Execute the Visual Sales plan through interaction with inside & outside sales team, customers, and prospects
  • Sustain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Further Electro-Matic’s growth and development throughout the industry
  • Provide administrative support for the Sales Team
