The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or equivalent professional experience, with 2-4 years of professional creative expertise. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required, along with a basic understanding of responsive design and UX best practices. Strong illustration skills are necessary, and experience in motion graphics/animation is a plus. Candidates must also have exceptional portfolios showcasing diverse project types, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting crucial deadlines. A self-starter with strong self-motivation, capable of managing multiple projects independently, is essential.
The Visual Designer will create compelling visual communications, supporting various departments by updating assets across content, web and product design, and digital marketing. Responsibilities include showcasing expertise in typography, hierarchy, scale, and contrast; creating wireframes and prototypes for responsive digital solutions; organizing files meticulously; generating high-quality designs for mediums such as brochures, ads, social media graphics, events, websites, and motion/video storyboards. The role also involves contributing creative ideas in brainstorm sessions, effectively scoping and defining projects, ensuring brand asset consistency and quality, and contributing to visual guidelines. Staying updated on design trends and contributing to a positive team culture are also key aspects of this position.
