Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a user-focused and creative environment within a corporation or agency setting
  • Online portfolio demonstrating solid understanding of human-centered design standards and strong grasp of traditional graphic design principles
  • Proficient skills with Adobe CC, Sketch, XD, and standard Microsoft applications
  • Collaboration experience with UX researchers, marketers, merchandisers, product and project managers, and front-end developers
  • Understanding of the printing process
  • Solid knowledge of CX design principles, visual trends, emerging web technologies, current UI/UX mobile design patterns, and web usability practices
  • Ability to work with approved wireframes and iterate design options into tangible experiences
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing standards, creative art direction, web design, and essential graphic design theory
  • Ability to quickly learn, use, and/or troubleshoot tools like InVision, Slack, Litmus, and Browserstack
  • Working knowledge of project management tools like Workfront, Jira, and Confluence
  • Familiarity with basic front-end web development (XHTML, CSS, JS) and understanding of online possibilities/limitations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for cross-departmental projects
  • Creative design of materials for digital marketing activities, including advertising, landing pages, marketing websites, emails, print templates, and brand standards
  • Assist in the production of all graphic assets for a set group of clients within the organization
  • Maintain high creative and production standards in a fast-paced environment with quick timelines
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Content Strategists, Information Architects, Writers, Developers, Project and Product Managers, User Researchers, Branding Designers, Photographers, and Creative Directors
  • Learn brand and pattern guidelines to ensure consistently high results and design integrity across user interfaces, branding, visual appearance, and global marketing materials (ecommerce web pages, emails, digital display advertising, mobile design, catalogs, brochures)
