Requirements

  • Speak English and Spanish fluently to work with clients from LATAM, North America, and worldwide
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic and strategically creative solutions

  • Basic knowledge of visual design accessibility variables (color, contrast, size, etc.)
  • Proven knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Required: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign)
  • Proven knowledge in Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience creating OLA products (Static, Dynamic, and animated banners)
  • Knowledge in data visualization and infographics development
  • Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in visual or graphic design
  • Desired knowledge in UI/UX solutions (UX, UI, User Interface, User Experience, Design Thinking, Interaction Design, UI Design Patterns & Techniques, UI Design-Web, Usability Design, Accessibility Design, UI Process Flow Design, Human-Centered Design, UI Design-Desktop, UI Usability Test & Tools, Competitive Analysis, Design Acumen)
