Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a medical customer service environment
  • Demonstrated highly effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
  • Experience supporting Australian clients is highly advantageous
  • Experience in an inbound/outbound call environment

Responsibilities

  • Attend to patient calls to book appointments in the system
  • Set patient expectations before appointments
  • Ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently with courtesy
  • Maintain a high level of conversion while demonstrating empathy for client needs
  • Display excellent listening skills and sharp attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with clients
  • Add notes in Patient’s file/Appointment Notes as needed
  • Prioritize tasks according to department requirements or business needs
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested
